About WonderSwan
Bandai's WonderSwan (1999) was a Japan-only handheld designed with input from Nintendo Game Boy creator Gunpei Yokoi's team, and it built a respectable library before being succeeded by the color version. Since it never released outside Japan, WonderSwan collecting is entirely an import hobby internationally, with complete, boxed copies especially prized by handheld collectors.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Makaimura for WonderSwan, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common WonderSwan titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
